We are seeking detail-oriented Contracted Inventory Technicians to join our team on a project basis. You’ll play a pivotal role in conducting physical inventories, validating asset information, and maintaining precise asset records for our clients across multiple industries.

• Execute physical inventory counts of fixed assets including equipment, machinery, furniture, and IT assets
• Validate asset accuracy by matching physical assets with existing records, serial numbers, barcodes, and asset tags
• Accurately record asset details — descriptions, condition, location — into inventory management software
• Generate comprehensive inventory reports and collaborate with project leads on findings
• Contribute to asset audits to confirm compliance with company policies and industry regulations
• Interact professionally with clients during the inventory process with strong customer service skills
• Safely handle, move, and transport assets during the inventory process following safety guidelines
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient and timely project completion

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant coursework in inventory management is a plus
• Previous experience in inventory management or related fields preferred
• Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, meeting project deadlines
• Physical capability to lift and transport heavy equipment when required
• Knowledge of asset tagging, barcoding, and RFID technology is beneficial
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if required for the project)
